Community Event Development
Created a World Play Day celebration designed to bring young families together through play, connection, and community. The event combined accessible family programming with fundraising and awareness for a local organization supporting children ages 0–6 and their caregivers.

Creative Operations
Helped build the operational foundation for a growing creator management agency, translating a high-touch talent experience into clear systems, workflows, and branded touchpoints. Work has included creator onboarding, talent pipelines, service development, internal processes, communications, and ongoing program strategy.
Community Event Development
Bringing the first Fertility Matters 6K to Lethbridge as a local gathering supporting Canadians facing fertility and family-building challenges. The project includes community outreach, event planning, participant engagement, and creating an experience that makes a national cause feel deeply local.
Experience Design
Developed an intimate Ontario gathering for creators centred around connection, conversation, and creative growth. From venue sourcing and experience design to ticket strategy, programming, partnerships, and guest communications, the event was built to feel less like a conference and more like being invited to the right table.

Built the behind-the-scenes systems supporting a growing family and community initiative, including programming structures, events, partnerships, communications, and operational workflows. The goal was to turn a big community vision into practical, repeatable experiences families could actually access.
Partnership + Outreach Campaigns
Developed a relationship-first outreach strategy to identify and connect with emerging creators who aligned with Aurora Talent’s vision. The campaign combined personalized outreach, social content, Explore Calls, and a structured lead journey designed to turn interest into genuine relationships rather than cold recruitment.
